Easy Three-Lake Circuit
Close to the Adler Lounge, there is a very easy circular walk to the Adlerlounge-See, Goldriedsee and Herzelsee. The circuit is ideal for guests who would like to enjoy a gentle walk and experience the mountain scenery at over 2,400 metres.
Actual conditions depend on the weather and trail conditions. Sturdy footwear is recommended even for short mountain walks.
Summit hike to the Rotenkogel
Those wishing to go higher can set off from the Adler Lounge for a hike to the 2,762-metre Rotenkogel. The official route is approximately 3.9 kilometres long, climbs 383 metres and takes around three hours in total.
The summit hike is considerably more demanding than the Three-Lake Circuit. It requires suitable equipment, sure-footedness, good fitness and stable mountain weather.
Adler Trail for downhill mountain bikers
The Adler Trail is not a hiking trail, but a 3.7-kilometre single trail for mountain bikers. It starts at the mountain station on the Cimaross and descends around 420 metres to the mid-station, with numerous bends, rollers and small jumps.
A helmet, suitable protective equipment and confident riding skills are essential. Please check the current lift and trail status before setting off.
